Engineering roles at Highbay Advisory
We staff client projects with experienced logistics and automation engineers, on contract and project by project. Engineers on the bench join the Highbay Network and use the Highbay tools free on their own work.
Who we are looking for
- Engineers who have designed, specified, implemented or commissioned logistics and warehouse automation.
- Experience in front-end studies, RFPs, implementation, commissioning or operations.
- Independent, or able to take on project work alongside a role.

How project roles work
- Highbay Advisory holds the client contract and handles scoping and the written estimate.
- You are paid a share of the engagement fee, set out in writing before you start.
- The project workspace and integrations are provided on client projects.
