Implementation management

Once the contract is signed, the integrator manages its own scope. We manage yours: design reviews, the schedule, change orders and the decisions only the owner can make.

When to call us

  • The integrator has a project manager and you do not.
  • Change orders are arriving and nobody is pushing back.
  • Building works, equipment and IT are running on separate schedules.

How we approach it

  1. Review integrator designs at each milestone against the specification.
  2. Track the schedule, risks and interfaces between building, equipment and software.
  3. Review every change order for scope, price and necessity.
  4. Report status to your steering committee in plain terms.

Questions

Is this a full-time role?

Rarely. Most projects need a few days a month, rising around design reviews, factory acceptance and installation.

Can you step in mid-project?

Yes. Recovery work starts with a two-week review of scope, schedule and open changes, then a plan to get back on track.

Who do you work for?

You. We are paid by the owner only and have no commercial relationship with the integrator.

Talk it through

A scoping call costs nothing. You receive a written estimate before any work is billed.
