Rates

$150 to $250 per hour, depending on the work.

Every engagement starts with a scoping call and a written estimate. Highbay holds the contract.

Integrations (API keys, webhooks, MCP access and Microsoft 365 directory sync) are included with an engagement.

Private knowledge bases (your own documents, debriefs and captured know-how, searchable alongside Highbay's) are set up and invoiced as part of a paid engagement.
